In the German speaking market, Jonathan has worked with companies including Joop, Tchibo, Hilti, Ivoclar-Vivadent, Zumtobel, KUKA Robots and the University of St. Gallen.

Bringing a unique passion and style to her clients business, her career began under the tutelage of Madison Avenue advertising legend Ed McCabe, and continued at NY branding powerhouse Frankfurt Balkind Partners. Over the course of her career she has spearheaded global branding campaigns for leading companies including, World Economic Forum (I2I), Coca-Cola, IBM, and Goldman Sachs.

Lucilia has been working for most of her professional career in Fortune 500 Marketing and Communications for Life Sciences and Pharma companies, such as Sigma-Aldrich, Nobel Biocare and Roche. A PhD in Chemistry, Luci has an unusual combination of science, business and marketing experience with a special in-depth knowledge of Health 2.0, Web 2.0 and social media marketing.

Based in Madrid, Sandro is responsible for the Spanish office and global Public Relations strategy. An experienced journalist, Sandro worked with The Times of London as a Global Sales Director for Pioneer News, and as International Editor for the Spanish Government News Agency Agencia EFE. His career in marketing communications began at legendary NY advertising agency Mad Dogs & Englishmen.

Napoleon's career began with his starring role on the Today Show with Al Roker. From the Today Show he worked closely with James Woods for his starring role in the Rudy Giulliani Story. His work has been featured at the Sundance Film Festival and various publications. At ICON Napoleon continues to serve as a leader and inspiration to designers and developers worldwide.
