Founded in 1898, the University of St. Gallen is one of Europe’s leading business schools. The Executive School is among the most innovative centers of executive and post-graduate education.

ICON Worldwide was tasked with rebranding this historic institution. In a year long, phased roll-out, ICON Worldwide has designed and produced eight major websites.

The Result: Increased applications, enrollments, and global ranking.

Global Perspective The University of St. Gallen is home to largest economic faculty in Europe. The alumni of the University include prominent global business leaders. This combination of "Leading Faculty & Alumni" presents a compelling communications platform relevant to an international audience.

Strategic Thinking Icon designed a program to introduce the personalities of the University. ICON interviewed prominent faculty and alumni including, Prof. Dr. Peter Gomez, President of the Executive School and Swiss Stock Exchange and Mr. Henri B. Meier, former World Bank Director and Roche CFO. The interviews are housed in a separate Video Portal, and featured prominently on the home-page.

Smart Design Icon created a clean, modern, approachable design, respecting the heritage of the University. Within the site graphics, the "Peterli" logo is used as a recurring visual reference to the unique University logo.

Within the Executive School, programs maintain autonomy, in order to appeal to their specific targets. Therefore, ICON designed a modular "micro-site" approach.
