The aim of Iron Deficiency Day 2017, promoted by Vifor Pharma, is to educate people about the symptoms of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia.Our light-hearted “Symptom Characters” are designed to raise awareness in an accessible, memorable and non-threatening manner. The primary signs of iron deficiency are often overlooked by people in their daily lives, yet impact their quality of life. This campaign aims to call attention to the symptoms in a non-threatening manner.
IronDeficiencyDay.com is the central hub of the campaign, featuring resources in a easy-to-share form and a media center. well as a newsroom. The supporting social media campaign will rely on the engagement of the patient community, healthcare professionals and general public.
Fully integrated campaign and international roll-out.
To support the international roll-out of this years iron deficiency day and range of materials were produced including printed flyers, posters and animated social media gifs. The campaign will be supported in countries across Europe, South America and Asia online, in PR and trade shows.
